Bio |  | | Dream Events, Inc. was started in 1998, incorporated in 1999, and continues to grow. Dale and Nancy Bohrer head up this family-run business, and they attribute their tremendous growth and great success to their faith in God first and foremost. Honesty, personal attention to details, personalized customer service, and long hours have helped them to maintain and expand their business into other areas. The Scrapper's Dream Vacation was the FIRST scrapbook retreat weekend of its kind to come to the USA. Scrapbooking was prominent in the West with stores and conventions galore, but there was nothing in the East. The first Mid-Atlantic SDV premiered in Hagerstown, Maryland in August 1998, with 250 scrappers in attendance. In November 1998, we started to bring the SDV on the road, and we have been traveling ever since. Dream Events is still the leader in the scrapbook retreat industry because we have the most experience, and we keep the "heart" in our business.
