One more step in the fight
December 4th: I finally went in for my hysterectomy today. It was postponed because I caught pneumonia during the summer months. I never really had time to contemplate any of the previous surgeries within these last two years. They were scheduled fast and they were definitely necessary, so I didn't think twice. September Update
Everything has been going well. I've been extremely busy with the summer events and working in the office without Kimmy. My darling daughter moved to PA, so once again my work load has increased.
My doctors recommended that I get my ovaries removed because my mom died of ovarian cancer and there is a close link between that and breast cancer. After consulting with my OB/GYN . . . [more]
