Attendees signed up for the overnight package #2 (arriving on Thursday evening) are allowed to set up and crop on Thursday night between 9:00 pm - 10:00 pm (whever room is ready) until we are ready to close up for the night! (PLEASE NOTE: This is a "perk" for our early bird packages and NOT for "Local" Package registrants or Friday arrivals!) Exact Evening Time for Crop Room Entry & Setup on Thursday for "Early Bird" registrants could vary according to the Hotel/Resort Event Schedule ahead of our Program!!
