SDV Registration Process

Yes, once you are confirmed to attend, your roommates spot is held for TEN DAYS ONLY, giving her time to register. We understand that everyone has a busy schedule and might not be available to register. It also helps the website's performance if not everyone is sending in their registration at once. Because it would be unwise to confirm one person in a room and not the rest, we hold roommates spots only - NOT seatmates. 

If your roommates do not register within the ten days, we will cancel that spot and change your package to the correct occupancy.
